Your health, measured. Your environment, designed to improve it.
The first residential longevity program in Latin America.
Measurement, environment and follow-up.
Initial evaluation
An evaluation of longevity biomarkers for residents, included with your residence.
Annual follow-up
Follow-up over time, open to residents and the public.
Score ROH®
A single number summarising your longevity status, calculated by Dr. Garrido.
TR33 documents longitudinally what living here does for your biology: air, water and circadian light. The program measures and accompanies; it does not offer treatments.
Who is Dr. Javier Garrido?
Javier E. Garrido L., MD, MSc, is a physician specialized in regenerative and longevity medicine, with a master's degree in Stem Cell Therapy and Longevity Medicine. In practice since 2011, he is Medical Director of Regeneration Clinic of Panama, where he designs personalized preventive-medicine and healthspan-optimization protocols for patients from the United States, Europe and Latin America.
His work starts from a simple conviction: longevity isn't improvised: it is measured, designed and accompanied. Every protocol begins with each person's clinical history and biomarkers, never a generic prescription.
At TR33 at Amador, Dr. Garrido is the Program's allied physician for Return on Health (ROH)®: he defines the clinical protocol, calculates each participant's Score ROH®, and will direct the Social Wellness Club crowning the towers. Together with TR33, he is the clinical reference of Latin America's first residential longevity program.

The Social Wellness Club occupies the top level of the two towers joined at terrace level, with its own entrance. It operates independently under Dr. Garrido and is open to residents and the public.

It is TR33's residential longevity program: a clinical evaluation of your biomarkers, an environment designed to improve them, and follow-up over time. It is about measurement and environment, not treatments.
