The space where you live works for you, or against you.
Most projects add wellbeing as a decorative layer. TR33 poses it differently:
What if the building itself were the main amenity?
In Panama there was no residence conceived from that logic. TR33 does not replace what you already do for your health: it amplifies it. Because the environment where you live is the variable that accumulates the most hours, and receives the least attention.
Here, wellbeing is not added afterwards. It is designed from the origin.

Science, translated into specification.
